The Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway is now open daily – following months of closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Measures will be in place to prevent the spread of coronavirus, but the “magnificent engines remain the same”.
Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway is now running a circular service, a different timetable to the norm, so passengers can either do just the train journey or combine their journey with a circular cruise on Windermere.
Tickets can only be purchased online at www.lakesiderailway.co.uk. The tea room, gift shop, playground and woodland walk are all also open.
Below is the current timetable.
