Every year, until this year we go to Wales & Norfolk and every year I come away with a selection of photography.
This photograph was last year on the 23rd July 2018 when we were in Wales, this was a very amusing journey. When we got out of Pendre a bull was blocking the line, a very common site I imagine on the TR.
The driver and fireman cleverly used Nº.2 to move the bull up the line, before we got to Abergynolwyn the farmer arrived and moved the bull onto the embankment, the train past and by the time we got to Nant Gwernol the railway had scrapped the timetable.
Which seemed amusing to us passengers, I praise the ingenuity of the driver, fireman and especially the poor guard who had to keep shouting for people to get out of the carriages.
