The North Norfolk Railway operates steam and heritage diesel trains through beautiful coastal countryside between the Georgian town of Holt and the smart Victorian seaside resort of Sheringham.

The 5½ mile line attracts around 165,000 passengers each year, is one of the County’s most popular tourist attractions and hosts a series of popular annual events including the Forties Weekend in September and the acclaimed Norfolk Lights Express in November and December.

We currently have an opportunity for a suitably qualified full-time Signal & Telegraph Technician working on the maintenance, repair and improvement of a heritage electro-mechanical railway signalling system in order to provide safe and reliable operation.

This is an important safety-critical role within our organisation and an attractive salary will be offered to the right candidate based on their experience and capabilities.

For a full job description or any queries regarding the position, please contact Harvey Smith on 01263 589808 or e-mail [email protected].
