The driving trailer has been repainted in BR blue but not yet lettered. The driving motor will be repainted over the coming winter. The pair are owned by the Mendip Traction & Rolling Stock Group.
Only occasional use occurs on the East Somerset Railway, which is one of the most strictly steam-operated heritage railways.
Running dates remaining this year are September 11 and October 9, departing Cranmore at 11.45 and 14.45.
