2019 marks the 16th anniversary of the the opening of the Aldeburgh Branch line as far as Leiston and the opening of the Works line.

The Leiston Works Railway is proud to announce that it will holding a number of events throughout 2019 to mark the 160th anniversary of the opening of Leiston station and the Works line culminating in the return of steam to part of the line.
