HR reader Matthew Whitehouse caught the first mainline railtour since 1994 at Skipton.
I was set to miss the northbound run due to work but by a fortunate turn of events, during my 30 minute break, I was lucky enough to spot 45596 Bahamas pulling into Skipton Station. If it wasn’t for Storm Eric, I would have missed it.
