Two Listers return to action

NEWLY restored petrol Lister 3834/1931 ran for the first time in preservation at Westonzoyland Pumping Station Museum’s August 26 railway gala. 

The dismantled components were acquired by Brian Faulkner two years ago.

Contrasting with his previous immaculate Lister restorations, 3834/1931 has been completed in ‘working clothes’ condition. 

This is the fifth Lister Mr Faulkner has taken to the Westonzoyland running line in recent years.
