    BALDWIN ‘S160’ 2-8-0 No. 2253 has returned to the North Yorkshire Moors Railway (NYMR) after a major 2½-year rebuild by Northern Steam Engineering at Stockton.  It arrived at New Bridge Yard on February 13 sporting an attractive lined maroon livery.  On February 20 it was hauled from Pickering to Grosmont, where the overhaul will be completed…
